With both of my children, he checked their teeth at six month intervals, starting several years before treatment began. He was in no hurry to slap bands on their teeth. All these visits were without charge. He never even says that they will have braces for sure until he is sure. His office staff is great and there is rarely a wait of more than a few minutes in his office. Oddly enough, it is a little sad when the bands are off and you don't get to see them every month. Marilyn F. When I came to you in 2007, I was getting discouraged. In a previous fit of decorating zeal, I had attempted to put up a heavy curtain rod by myself and nearly knocked my teeth out. Although Dr. B. did a heroic job of saving my teeth, they were not stable and they were beginning to look pretty bad. A couple of orthodontists didn't give me much hope for repairing my teeth because of my receeding gums and bone loss. Then Dr. B. suggested I check with you. When you said, 'Oh, sure, I can help you,' it was music to my ears. When the braces went on, I entered a frustrating new era when it seemed like my jaws had become spastic. I drooled and crashed my teeth together and bit my mouth and cut my gums. But I never once doubted that we were doing a wonderful thing. It has been such a pleasure to work with you and your terrific staff. The ladies were always friendly and kind and fun and you seemed so confident of each step, working with hands that were steady and sure. And now, my smile is even better than it was before I had the fight with the curtain rod. Whenever I see myself in a mirror, I am startled to see how beautiful my smile has become.
