Your First Visit

If treatment is indicated, Dr. Kobal may wish to have records taken for a more detailed diagnosis and the development of a customized treatment plan for you. Records may include head X-rays, intra-oral X- rays, photographs of your face and teeth, and digital models of your teeth. These records are also helpful in tracking the progress of treatment as your teeth move under orthodontic care. We are easily able to share your digital photographs and X-rays with you and other dentists caring for your teeth. Treatment can usually begin as soon as these records are obtained. But, occasionally, it will be necessary to schedule a future appointment for consultation at which time the records and the treatment plan will be presented. You will be given an estimate of cost for orthodontic treatment at the time of your initial visit. Once a treatment plan has been set, we can discuss our flexible payment options. In order to save you time during your visit please fill out the Patient Information Form that will be mailed to you with an information packet and bring it with you to your appointment.
